2. Hosting
This application is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (based in Germany) in the Helsinki, Finland data center (EU, GDPR-compliant).

3. Server Log Files
The web server logs technically required access data: IP address, date and time, user agent, referrer. These logs are kept for a maximum of 7 days for security and performance analysis, then automatically deleted. No personal-level analytics.

4. Google AdSense & Funding Choices
This site is financed by advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google sets advertising cookies and processes IP addresses and pseudonymous identifiers. The TCF v2.2 consent banner „Funding Choices" is shown automatically to EEA/UK/Swiss visitors. Third-country transfers to the USA are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 5. Email Communication
Emails to kontakt@werkelkeller.de are processed via Zoho Corporation B.V. (EU endpoint). A data processing agreement is in place.

The site is fully encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent for advertising cookies) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing and securing the application).

8. Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21) under the GDPR.
